Acquisition Method: Enter the main dormitory on the 3rd day or later.
Description: Jess has come to you in her hour of need, letting you know she’s been kidnapped. Whether you bargain for her freedom, try to get the kidnapper removed, or ignore the whole matter is up to you, but you probably need to make a decision. The player has 14 days to solve this quest before automatic failure occurs.
Outcomes: Failure to save Jess and she is removed from the facility, paid not to save Jess and she is removed from the facility, Agent Gary dealt with and Jess saved.
Reward: None (failure), 1000 G.G.P (paid to ignore Jess), choice of; Jess as a roommate & Jess relationship +30, Jess as a slave, 2000 G.G.P & Jess relationship + 10, Jess relationship +30 (Jess saved).
Walkthrough
Step 1 - Starting The Quest
To start the quest, players only need to leave their apartment on the 3rd day of gameplay or later. Upon doing so Jess will approach them, explaining that she'd been kidnapped by a security guard named Agent Gary, who she believes intends to illegally sell her into slavery. At this point Agent Gary will return, telling the player to ignore everything she's just said to them, and then leaving. Before he leaves though, Jess will pass a note with his apartment address on it to the player.
Step 2 - Deciding What To Do
To rescue Jess there are 7 options. There also exists the option to betray Jess outlined in Alternative Step 2 at the end of the walkthrough.
Option 1: Pay Agent Gary

Option 2: Sexually Bribe Agent Gary

Option 3: Hit Agent Gary
When visiting Agent Gary at his apartment, players can attempt to take Jess back through aggression. If the player has and 80 or more Muscles stat, then the player will be successful and make Agent Gary give up Jess. If the player has less than 80 points in their Muscles stat, then Agent Gary will beat up the player and enslave them too, leading to the 'bad end', Ending 16: Military Service.
Option 4: Ask Agent Davis To Remove Agent Gary

Option 5: Pay Tony B To Remove Agent Gary
When visiting Tony B and bringing up your Agent Gary issue, Tony B will offer to get rid of him for you in exchange for 5000 G.G.P. Upon paying him, Tony B will instruct you to go see Agent Gary when you can, and he'll do the rest. Visiting Agent Gary at this point will conclude the quest.
Option 6: Pay Lianna For Blackmail Against Agent Gary

Option 7: Get Blackmail Against Agent Gary from Mari
If the player has completed the Help Mari Regain Her Stolen Identity quest in a positive way for Mari, then players can ask her for blackmail to use against Agent Gary. Upon being provided with blackmail documents, the player must next visit Agent Gary in his apartment, presenting the blackmail to him to make him stop kidnapping those on the Trainee Programme and free Jess.

Alternative Step 2 - Betray Jess
When visiting Agent Gary whilst he's in his apartment, he will offer the player 1000 G.G.P to forget about Jess and leave. Upon selecting this option the player will receive the 1000 G.G.P as offered, Jess will disappear from the facility, and the player will no longer be able to interact with Agent Gary.
