Pregnancy stats are only relevant if pregnancy content is active within the player's game, and all relate to the player's ability to either get pregnant or impregnate others. For more information on how various stats work, see the Character Stats page.

The Fertility stat is used to determine whether a player will be impregnated after receiving cum in their vagina (whilst fertile and not already pregnant). The Fertility stat is a percentage based chance for impregnation, and can go above 100% ensuring pregnancy (outside of circumstantial Fertility penalties).

=== Pregnancy Speed ===
Pregnancy Speed is an amalgamation of other minor stat details, with the corresponding number of time segments being removed from the duration of each pregnancy stage. Pregnancy stage duration cannot be reduced below 1 time segment.

=== Multiple Pregnancy Chance ===
Multiple Pregnancy Chance is an amalgamation of other minor stat details, and describes the chances the player has of conceiving multiple children when impregnated. Some bonuses to this stat work in different ways, such as increasing the chance of having twins/triplets, but not increasing the overall multiple pregnancy rating.

The Virility stat is used to determine whether an NPC will be impregnated after receiving the player's cum in their vagina (whilst the player is virile and they are both fertile and not already pregnant).
